am actually feb 22, but this process is very frustrating, and am still thinking if I should go back, get marry and apply I-130,,

We had the same thoughts and we are May 22 so quite behind you.
The CR1/IR1 might be faster to get to the final AOS, however with the already invested waiting time slower to get your loved one over.
So, we finally dismissed that idea and keep hanging in there. Just getting through the winter and there should be light at the end of
the tunnel. We set ourselves some tiny little milestones, like for example that they just started approving more and more fiscal 2023
petitions and be happy about it. Little baby steps
And by the way amazing work of all the people here keeping track of the progress. Thank you!

I really hope they speed up and close August 2021 and all the other months that are only partially processed and stop keep them waiting. That is very frustrating.

Even if you're an August 31st, it means just 2 more weeks. Think positively :)

Here is something forgotten to cheer you up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRPLaobXG2k

I am August 16 and still waiting. This is so painfully awful. It shouldn't take this long. Uscis should be ashamed of themselves.

NOA1 August 20th here. Next month I will finally be able to submit a request for my case outside of processing times.

Does anyone know if this request actually does anything? Does USCIS process your case faster if it’s outside of processing times?

Thanks!

You know what's going to happen? As soon as we get close to inquiry date they will extend wait times once again. I'm just tired and discouraged and not even through step 1.

They should, but so should voters. We elected the people who create and implement these rules. When will the public ever wake up and stop voting their party line, and instead actually learn about who they're voting for? A country where people decide based on actual understanding seems like an imaginary place. Nowhere in the world do the masses come together and make logical choices. It always comes down to candidates vying for public approval at any cost and the public being gullible enough to believe their empty promises.

What's lacking is the people who put out false promises are rewarded for it. Ie(musk). There is no accountability. If we held candidates accountable to their promises then we would definitely have a better society.
