Yes.  Two separate intent to marry letters that were signed.  My RFE acknowledged they received signed intent to marry letters.  

 

However, they state that wasn't enough and asked for proof with plans, engagement ring, and etc. that I mentioned.

 

I know the VJ forum is still stuck in the pre-2020 ideas all is needed is the two VJ intent to marry template letters signed.

 

I noticed there has been more posts talking about the intent to marry requiring more proof:

 

Chinese WeChat has been discussing this also.  A lot of people now have to submit engagement ring photos, description of plans, WeChat logs, and etc.

 

Not sure.  Perhaps it depends on the country where the fiancé is at?

Just sent in my outside processing times for 8/24 apparently I can send it on the 11th not the 12th. Sent it now just in case uscis updates times... can never trust them. Got an email saying should get notice of action within 45(ie. rfe approve deny or other) days idk if automated email about 20 mins after sending I the request. Hoping for the best.

Yes I did the same,  it gave me the 12th to be able to do it but I actually did it last night on the 11th. Only to get the same automated response like you. Hopefully some good news will come sooner than 45days... that's another month and a half smh.

I had contacted my senator earlier and I got the same response from them today as well. Guess they were waiting to send the same response.

UPDATE:

 

Today is day 506 and we are considered 'outside of normal processing time' so I was able to submit an inquiry through the USCIS website.

 

I received an email with a generic response:

 

"Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action within 45 days."

 

On December 1, 2022 I was notified by congress that my case had been assigned to a case worker. That was 48 days ago. I contacted congress again to let them know I submitted an inquiry and if they had any updates.

 

They responded:

 

"I am due to inquire about the status of you case on January 30th 2023."

 

That is 12 days from today.

45 days from today is March 4th.

 

How much longer are we expected to wait? I am feeling so defeated 😞

Did either of you contact USCIS for being outside of normal processing times or did you just wait it out?

I contacted my senator 1 month before and did a outside processing times request as soon as it was open for me. I got the same response back from senators office as from the processing time request.so I assume it was the request.
