K1 visa I134 checklist for interview

Hi,

 

The embassy in my country sent me the visa application package for a K1 visa. I just want to confirm that I need the following documents for the I134: three years of tax returns, W2s from 2020, recent pay stubs, bank statement, official letter from the company regarding positions and salary. All three years my fiance has made enough money to be above the requirement ($30k, $31k, and now making $37k).

 

Is there anything else I would need for this document during my interview?

Tax return transcripts are better. And they’re only few pages so easier to read and process. Technically you don’t need bank statements if your income is sufficient. Instead provide recent pay stubs. At my interview they took only the most recent tax return transcript (I brought all just in case), employment letter and pay stubs.
