Q We had our interview yesterday and we’re asked to re upload some birth certificates in order to get our visas, as the ones I brought to the interview didn’t match the original ones previously uploaded.

In the UK, certified copies have different serial numbers to the originals!

I have uploaded all the required documents into the my documents part of my account, but The submit button isn’t  working, so I don’t know whether the NVC has them or not.

I have tried using Google Chrome and Safari, but no luck.

My attorney has  tried and she failed as well.
She has managed to submit them through our sons documents, as the Petitioner.

We are just worried that they haven’t got them and we won’t know.

Can anybody  advise us please, as our attorney  seems pretty useless.

Thanks
