Did anyone recieved this strange message from NVC or its only me after submitting DS-230

I called NVC and automated recording system notified me with this recording after sending DS-230

"The NVC has reviewd packet of forum and found information missing or incomplete. The NVC mailed the letter on July 5th 2007 Indicating what documentation was missing or incomplete. Please return this information to NVC to NH Once this information is received please allow 6 to 8 weeks then you will be notified of outcome of the review if it been 4 weeks since this day and you have not recieved our letter press 0"

I am wondering is this only me or same thing happen to everyone now days? I have already turned in I-864 and DS-230 paid all fees and also talked to NVC agent and he said its probably we are refering to DS-230 Which is not entred in system yet. I am wondering if anyone else has this recording played by nvc when they try to call after submitting DS-230

Yes I think everyone know should know this. Its like you do all that hard work and finally they tell you its not complete or missing really makes you worried. I hope its nothing big Thanks for prompt reply

i think it may be an rfe , or it may be a simple message until the case is completed yet ,

i am not so sure those with thr case completed after having this message can tell more if it really was
