Do i need to file I-693 at the same time I file I-485 ?

and how about shots Record i dont have any ?

is this okay to file I-485 without shots Record. or do i need to go to Dr. to get my shots and then file the I-485 ???? or this can be later ??

You really should file the vaccination supplement with your AOS. Your K3 medical is good for 1 year from the date which you had it done, so a full medical is not needed but if you havent completed the required vaccinations then you will need to submit the I-693A supplement.

One thing you could do is submit a copy of your DS-3025 vac worksheet from your overseas medical if you can get it, or alternatley submit a note that you completed your medical overseas prior to entry to the US. You would probably still get a RFE for it but at least you might beat the fee increase if submitting this week.

If you are unable to locate vaccination records then either a titre test to see what you have had done or having the shots redone will probably be needed.

We submitted the vaccination worksheet. I expect to get an RFE, but I wanted to get the packet in before the fee increase, and I've read here that some people don't get RFEs if the submit only the vaccination worksheet.
