Pending I751 interview, expiring I551 stamp

My wife's I751 "ready to schedule for interview" status has been unchanged since April 2020.  Oct 2020 we scheduled an InfoPass appointment and got an ADIT stamp (I551 Stamp) because her extension letter was expiring.  Now we're almost where we were a year ago and with the stamp expiring soon.  I tried calling the 800 number with hopes to speak to a real person but time and again got turned down by the robot on the phone.  Apparently having an expiring I551 stamp doesn't meet their criteria to speak to an agent.  Is anyone having the same issue?   I'm guessing the expiration date is not close enough yet.  But I don't recall it was this difficult to get through to a real person last year.  Any tips to get through?

We also tried submitting an inquiry on the uscis processing times site but weeks went by and received no reply from the agency.

She also has her N400 pending.  Want to find out if anyone is having combo interview recently?  And want to know if USCIS will notify you about the cases will become a combo and how soon they'll inform you before the interview.  Thanks for any help in advance.

There is no need for a new stamp unless you need evidence of your status for travel or work.  We filed my wife's I-751 case in March of 2019.  We are still waiting for an interview, too.

Try asking for technical assistance at each prompt when you call USCIS.  It has worked for some people.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I kind of disagree.  A stamp is needed to renew her driver's license so she could drive to work and etc. And the DL is the photo ID she could use when banks or doctor's offices ask for ID.  When time comes for the interview, going into a gov't building will require some form of photo ID as well.  We filed ours in Feb 2019.

Will try your technical assistance idea the next time I call.  Thanks.

There is no disagreement.  I said "work or travel".  That also means for a driver's license, etc, where the evidence of status is needed.  The point was that status, itself, doesn't expire.

Just say “Infopass appointment” as soon as it allows you. It will connect you to a real person without any issues, just be prepared for a wait if you don’t call right at opening.
