Hello everyone,

Quick question. I am planning on filling I-130 to start the journey to bring my both parent here in the states and I am planning on doing it online. I know that I need to file I-130 for each but does the case gets combined into one or each one of them will have a case number/receipt number and will be treated separately? If that make some sense.

I appreciate the inputs in advance.

Thanks,

They will be completely different case numbers from start to finish.

It is a request for each one a payment for each one, in the I130 in part 5 they ask him if he is requesting another family member separately, there in his father he informs his mother and in the mother he informs the father the interview will be joint.
