VWP spouse AOS, USC unexpectedly got a job

Hi all, thanks for any advice regarding our situation:

I am USC and my wife of nearly 10 years entered a few weeks ago on VWP. We have been living overseas together for the past few years. Originally this was a trip to visit my parents. Recently, however, I got in touch with a friend, who unexpectedly offered me a job -- and the offer is quite appealing. I want to know if this is a good case for AOS. My wife's intent at entry was to stay as a tourist, but now, if I take this job offer, we will obviously need to stay in the US. If this is indeed a sufficient reason for AOS, what kind of evidence might I need to provide to USCIS? The work can easily provide me with a letter of an offer of employment. Pay stubs would likely come after we do our filing.

Thanks so much for any input!

Yes, she can adjust status since your plans changed, and her intent was not to stay and adjust status when she entered the US.  You will not need to provide any evidence. Follow this guide:
