NVC Case Creation

Hello 

 

Can someone give me an idea when will NVC create a case to allow me to begin processing my paperwork, USCIS approved the case and forwarded the info to NVC back in July 14th

This is what I see in the timeline:

 

 Current case creation time frame: As of 23-AUG-2021, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 12-AUG-2021

You need to call NVC to get your case number. You don’t need the case number to begin collecting paperwork for the interview because you don’t submit anything to NVC. NVC holds your case until the consulate requests it, that’s the extent of what NVC does for K1 petitions. They don’t process anything, the consulate does.

I did send in an inquiry email, but it seems they are a month away from getting to it according to their que. I called 603-334-0700, but without any luck to someone to answer

My husband called them right when they open at 7AM EST and he had luck with talking to someone both times, maybe that will work too in your case. Good luck!

My case hasn't even been received by NVC😢 I received noa2 on June 23rd and another "approval" on July 20th 😕 nothing as of now
