MY FELLOW VJs.. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I DON'T WANT TO CALL USCIS BECAUSE ALL I GET IS THE SAME ANSWER ALL THE TIME "IT IS STILL PENDING". HOW CAN I CALL NVC AND WHAT SHOULD I SAY OR ASK? IT WOULDN'T HURT ANYWAY TO CALL. HAS ANYONE HERE EVER EXPERIENCE THIS WHERE YOU GET TOUCHES 5 DAYS IN A ROW? JULY 3-7? DEFINITELY NOT TOMORROW WHICH IS A SUNDAY, BUT I DON'T NEED THESE SEVERAL TOUCHES. WHAT I NEED IS ATLEAST A CONFIRMATION OF MY NOA2. HUHUHU... I AM HANGING AND HOLDING ON..

Not sure if the touches are a record, but I'm sure you now probably have a record for most new threads on VJ! LOL, everyday I see like 3 new threads from you!

All joking aside, I'm sure your case is probably already approved and on it's way somewhere (NVC or maybe even the embassy!). Just sucks that for some people, such as yourself, CSC seems to have no idea what is going on. Just hang in there, I'm sure it will all work out for you.

I got a bunch of touches when I was where you are now too and then got my approval letter in the mail...

and guess what, my status online is STILL pending..

so, maybe you've been approved and just have to wait for the letter..

ps, look at my timeline, you'll see what i mean

It took me 2 weeks to get to NVC, not sure what the current wait is. Since your first touch was a while ago, might be worth it to call. Speak with an operator and just say you wanted to see if your K1 is there yet. They should ask for names, case # etc. I wasn't asked for my approval date either time I called.

liz_legend.. thanks for the encouragement, but after I read your timeline...I have to be honest and must say that I envy you, though I am happy for you. It's because your NOA1 is april 14 and mine is April 12.. atleast you have gotten yours in the mail and mine hasn't come at all.. no CRIS emails or status changed.. just touches.. called few times and always get the answer PENDING.. i wish you luck my friend.. i wish i got mine at the same time as you did..

just got a second look.. and just wanted to add.. your blessed to be in Canada.. because VSC is good at their processing cases.. so now i see how you got urs on time and no delays.. if i'm correct VSC only takes cases from petitioners who resides in canada? are there any states in the US that VSC is their default service center? i'm not so sure of that one.. so please correct me.. and it seems like you can have everything done within 5 months..
