Nvc Rejected a Document

Hi i got email today they accepted my all documents but rejected my husband’s irs transcript, if i upload document now do they need again 60 days to reveiw the case.

That’s what they say but usually it’s a lot faster .. usually .. 🤪

and they are reviewing thousands of other documents daily so yours is just one of many/ its not like they ask u for a document and just sit there and wait on it to work on your case.  they ask and move on to the next set in a pile of packets

When was your last submission date when they sent you this? It helps for tracking if you mention this.  

 

Once you resubmit that date becomes your new submission date and you go back to end of the queue. Your may get lucky and it be faster but most people's experience seems be that you wait same amount of time that is currently estimated by the NVC.
