Hello all, I have a question about what all evidence I need send in along with this form to renew my green card.  Do I need to send in just a copy of my almost expired green card or is there more I need to send in through mail?

Is your current GC a 2-year GC or 10-year GC? If your current GC is a 2-year GC then I-90 is the incorrect form.

If your current GC is a 10-year GC then I recommend online filing: https://www.uscis.gov/i-90 It's straightforward.
