Well as the title states we have all of the joint sponsor information we need to send it out but we are worried about the last name being different from birth certificate from all of the other documents. They also don't have a passport just a birth certificate. Am I overthinking this?

I do not see an issue.

Most women change their last name upon marriage. So, of course, the last name would be different than BC.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

You can submit MC with it. No problem.

When you upload a document you don’t have an space to add some notes? For the CR1 visa I had. Or see if you can add any other document (apart of the ones requested) so you can add any other proof like the marriage certificate per example
