Hello! I was sent an RFE and have to upload a doc on the USCIS website. I have tried all the browsers and the doc is the right size, format etc but keep getting an error message that it can’t be uploaded at this time. Is anyone else having the same problem today?! If so has anyone found their way around it? I don’t want to waste anymore time as we have already been sitting on our NOA1 for about a year. Any help would be appreciated :)

Just keep trying, so many world wide are uploading stuff their servers are not capable of handling so much coming in. Maybe try in the early morning hrs of USA time,  good luck

Thank you! I have been trying since 5 this morning it is definitely frustrating when we have been waiting on something then it’s an RFE that you can fix in a split second but can’t upload the document. Hoping something will work soon 🙋🏽‍♀️
