My Priority date is about to get current in 3 months for EB2 India category but my current employer hasn't filed for PWD/PERM and I do not have an approved I-140
from my new employer (have an approved I-140 from my prior employer though) yet.

Will it be an issue if I file my I-1485 once my Priority date is past due, as it will certainly take some time to get my both PERM and I-140 approved ?

I assume this is certainly going to delay my GC.

Please advise if there is any way to speed up this process.
