well this sucks. We normally have over 250-300 new cars. We have 25. Normally sell 150-180 new. Got 110 coming between now and October.  That maff is easy.

We don't do over MSRP. Another local dealership is doing 5k over market adjustment. 

I dont have any problem with selling for sticker. I see people bragging about how much over asking they are getting for houses.

 

Bottom line. Now is not the time to buy a vehicle. unless you have no other choice.

I bought a used low milage Subaru back in March and the car's blue book value went up $5k since then. I would make money if I sold it but then I don't know what I would drive. Besides I like the car and don't want to get rid of it even though the dealership keeps offering me a decent amount of money for it. The dealership I bought it from sells mostly new Subarus and their lot is half empty right now. This is what happens when people are locked down and can't produce anything.

A few weeks ago my son ordered a Tacoma TRD Sport.  Wonder how long he will be waiting to get it.  I believe he said he paid MSRP.
