The DS-260 requires that you list your spouses children and then asks if they are going to immigrate or at a later date.  I want to select no and if they decide to immigrate at a later date they can.  My wife is thinking if I say no that they will never be able to immigrate.  She wants me to select at a later date.  I don't want to possibly give the interviewer a reason to say no to my wife immigrating.  What do the Visa Journey experts say?

I don't think it really matters one way or the other.  Answering "No" will not result in your wife  not being able to file an I130 for them in the future, and I don't think it will impact the decision of the CO.
