I just noticed that there is the spelling mistake  of my son name on CEAC . My son is a derivative
Name on CEAC is Lesly and his birth certificate and passport is Lesley meaning NVC omitted the last E before the Y. Will NVC reject his passport and birth certificate if I submit his civil documents?

Please help

How did NVC make this error, don't you fill out the documents?

You can contact NVC to correct it, they will ask you to attach the document to confirm the correction.

I forgot where it is, but there's a form to contact NVC and you can send the info with the document.

if they are still reviewing documents, you can upload i with your other docs with the note.

I had a mistake and that's how I fixed it.
