I filed the AOS ( marriage based) in November 2019. As of today ( 8/17/2021),the status is still the same - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". As of January 21, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC2090*******, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Just want to know if we have a similar case or waiting longer than mine. Where can I possibly check the real status of my case? Please advise if I can call the USCIS or I'll just wait? Thanks.

I would definitely call to inquire. It couldn’t hurt.

Just not right.  Everyone should be treated equal.  We all paid the same amount of money for this service.

But every case is different.  But they should be more accurate in the statuses they post. Surely there must be something else going on rather than just waiting for an available interview slot for so many months.

Hey! I filled Oct 2019, I’m still waiting. I’ve seen they schedule interviews usually around 50 days before the 2 year. I’m hoping to get scheduled within these next two weeks

hey, how's your case now? Did you get your schedule for interview?
