I know I have asked this before but I think I made the question too complex.

Let's do it the easy way.

What would happen if your a Canadian citizen, worked in the US without authorization and did not file taxes?

What would be the outcome at a CR1 interview?

You would be found not eligable for a visa.

What if I filed before I went to the interview? to show my good faith. Would this maybe change their minds?

I spoke to a lawyer and he explained to me that working in the US without authorization is not necessarily grounds for inadmissability. The only real problem I may have to deal with is misrepresentation.

Too late for that. I have indicated the truth on all my paperwork. I will let you know on April 19th weather or not I regret telling the truth or not.

I wish you the best of luck. Can you not get barred from entering the usa for 3 plus years if you work in usa illegally? or does that only apply to if u were in the country illegally not considering working there?
