Evidence of Bona fide Marriage Questions

Hi everyone, I will be really grateful for any input.

I'm a Lawful Permanent Resident, residing in the US. My wife is a foreign national of Ivory Coast.

We got married mid July 2021. I got back in the US after the honeymoon and getting ready to apply for her CR-1 Spouse Visa.

I will apply online, I read the instructions on USCIS website and have a good understanding of the process. I do have some few doubts though.

So if I got it right the first step is the Form I-130 and I-130A.

For the Evidence of Bona fide Marriage:

We do not have a lot of financial mingling nor shared properties. We have mainly, pictures of one trip to Morocco, the flight tickets, hotel stays and pictures of our wedding and honeymoon.

1.Do I get the option to upload SEVERAL and different types of Evidence of Bona fide Marriage ?

2. Can I put all of these in a single PDF, in a sequential manner with dates and notes ?

By all of these I mean, pictures of trips taken together, flight tickets, hotel stay, pictures of me proposing to her, pictures of us getting married

If you are an LPR, your wife's visa category will be F2A, not CR1.  If you naturalize during your wife's visa process, you may request for her visa category to be upgraded to CR1.

Couples living in different countries are not expected to have a lot of evidence of financial commingling, although it would help if you have some.

Did you only have 1 trip together?  Did you also spend time together in her country?  Best to highlight your time spent together in person, evidenced by passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel receipts.

Yes and yes.  Just make sure to keep the PDF file within the upload size limit.  If the file gets too big, it's ok to break it up into multiple PDF files.

Thanks for your input.

Yes, we have just one trip together to Morocco where I proposed to her, I also spent some time before and after the wedding in her country which is also my native country.

That's fine.  The important point is to highlight the total time spent together in person, including trips and time spent together in your wife's country.
