Ho Chi Minh Interview wait schedule

I am a green card holder and applied for my wife to come to USA since March 2019. We received the confirmation letter in October 2020 that we submitted all required documents and paid all fees to NVC. We are just waiting for an interview slots until then NVC would not send our case to the Ho Chi Minh City Consulate. Does anyone know how long the wait is to just get the interview letter after you have successfully filed everything you needed to NVC? Is there a time table one can reference. If no, per your experience how long did you wait? 10 months have past and we still don't know how much longer we need to wait. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to find a local forum where people are discussing which DQ dates are getting appointments. 
Part of your delay was the trump ban which included F2A - so your wife was not actually eligible to interview until March 21 at the earliest because of this. The ban came in in April last year, and the embassies had shut down for Covid about a month before that, so just in terms of rescheduled appointments and people who got DQ before your wife, you probably had a queue of about 8 months’ worth in front of her (counting from March 21 when the immigrant visa bans got lifted).  Added to this I see HCMC has another embassy shutdown /cancelling immigrant visa appointments due to local lockdown so there will be more rescheduled appointments in front of her. Unfortunately it looks like you may still have a number of months to wait because of all these factors.

Is there a way to fin local DQ forum in English? I googled for it but it appears I have no luck. Would anyone have a good reference of useful forum to identify the current interview case dates?
