Passport blank pages for visa issuance

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how many blank pages should my passport have in order to have the immigrant visa stamped.

My passport expires in 2025, but it only has 3 blank pages (in other pages there is still space for entry/exit stamps whenever I travel abroad), does this would represent a problem?

Mexican passports cannot have more pages added, and at the webpage just states "you can renew an unexpired passport with no blank pages"

Thanks!

Minimum 2. If you have 3, it's all good though the CO or CBP may say, "Really!!"

If you have time to get your passport renewed before the visa is stamped, go and do it. I don't know how easy the process is for Mexican nationals to renew their passports from inside the US, but for me it was a bit of a pain. I needed to fly to my embassy in DC, have biometrics done, and wait a month for the renewed passport. We maximized the trip by making it into a multi-day holiday, but it still cost us hundreds of dollars in flights and hotels.
