A potential job offer is not enough; she will need an actual job offer, with a job offer letter.

 

Then she can call USCIS and request to expedite her EAD.

When she calls, they will read the different categories under which she can request an expedite, and ask her under which one she wants to request. She'll have to choose the financial hardship one (losing out on a job and income). She will then be contacted and asked to provide evidence.

 

There is no guarantee that her expedite request will be approved, especially now with all the backlogs. I am sure many people are trying to expedite.

ok thanks. can't it though until she gets her biometrics which has not been scheduled. at least that is what we understand
