Yup, they just don't do that.  They don't have the staff to call people who make errors, unfortunately.

I have to resubmit and and correct the fees. Last time, @HRQX mentioned that the medical form is valid only 60 days after surgeon signature which is expired for me. I went to check the USCIS website and I found the below update.

Could you please confirm that I can still use my form which was signed on 9/21/2021.I am using the old form by the way. Thanks.

Sure looks like it!  That is a stroke of luck.  I'd say resubmit asap, and you should be fine.

Is it still sealed? If so, you can still use that I-693. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/policy-manual-updates/20211209-I-693FilingReqt.pdf

It’s not sealed.
When they send back the application for payment error, the open everything and reorganize the paperwork their way. They also use staples!

Good news people!

My mum's case was approved after about 11 months. Thank you to every one who helped me or showed support. Finally we are able to travel abroad, we'll probably visit Montreal for Thanksgiving.

October 7, 2022
