Hi,

My father who is US citizen was filed I-130 petition in F3 category for me and my family in 2006 and now my case is complete and waiting for issue immigration visa .I live in Canada (there is lot's of up's and down in my case that include covid pandemic) on the interview day in Feb 2020 the interviewer told me that your daughter was aged out and we can't issues immigration visa .I submit all immigration fee and all documents in DS -260. They didn't inform me that your daughter aged out until interview day. My question is when I sponsor my daughters did she recapture my priority date or not?. If she recapture my priority date( Nov 2006)what documents I need to submit with I-130 application. On my interview day the officer need more time to make a discission on my case. when I received e mail that requested send all passport to Montreal consulate it include my daughter name too I send her passport and all her documents again. They keep her all document's and return her passport and keep remaining 3 passport for further processing. Then Covid 19 Pandemic come .In short did my daughter recapture my priority date or not. Waiting for good response

No, it will be a new petition with a new priority date set when you actually file.  You will need to pay fees again and re-submit all required documents when the new PD becomes current in about 6 years.
