Noticed that a few of us had to resubmit after this last round of review!

Starting this thread so we can update review dates and gripe about delays lol.

My resubmission date was 03 August!

It's my 2nd resubmission (previous dates were Mar 30 and June 11 and always resubmitted within 1-2 days of RFE

So need this to be my last round!

Here's to a speedy DQ for all your August submissions! 🍻

My initial submission, they reviewed in 30 days.

First re-submission, they reviewed in 2 weeks (Got lucky in those issue they had)

Second re-submission (June 10) took 2 months.

Good luck with your re-submission.

we submitted last week, do I need proof of domicile if I do not and have never lived aboard? I've included a work verification letter, tax transcripts + returns, w2s and paystubs for the last 6 months that have my home address on them, is that usually enough?

They only ask proof of domicile from the petitioner if he/she has been living outside of the United States for more than a year or so. Otherwise they don’t ask. Nvc wants to make sure that the petitioner wants to live in the United States permanently and has maintained domicile in the USA. If petitioner is living in the USA then tax info and driving license is enough to proof domicile.
