hi, i kind of asked this in another thread but i want to be sure so i'm starting a new thread. In the I-485 instructions it says

11. Certified Police and Court Records of Criminal Charges, Arrests, or Convictions

You must submit certified police and court records for any criminal charges, arrests, or convictions you may have.

It doesn't say what to do if you have none. My wife has no criminal history or any kind in Thailand, US and everywhere else.

What should we submit if anything?

thanks

Write "None" or N/A

YMMV

so you think no need to get police report to say no criminal record?

Read the instructions carefully,  interpret them literally.  If you have, you must, if you don't then you can move on to next instruction.

YMMV
