CEAC can't find upload documents button

Hey guys. My Indian fiance was given this letter via parcel which says to upload required documents to ceac website. We are unable to find where we can upload the documents. Other concern is that no other document is checked off apart from passport. Does this mean she only needs to upload a scan of her passport? After clicking OK in Summary Information, it takes us back to the login page. Please help. Thanks!

Read those instructions again.  It says to also submit the requested documents to a drop-off point.  This is after the interview, correct?

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

She had her visa interview on July 2nd. She was refused a visa and given 221g to submit further proof of relationship. She submitted those to the embassy on August 9th and just today she received those documents back in mail along with the attached letter. Only passport is checked off so that must mean she only needs to upload and submit passport because all other documents were already submitted in 221g.

Why would they want her to upload a copy of her passport?   The need the actual passport to attach the visa.  I would send the passport.
