The vaccine requirements will be dealt with by the doctor in your country authorized to do the medical exam for US immigrants.  Generally adults will get (or need to show they have already got) MMR, TdaP, varicella (if they haven’t had chicken pox) and flu (if in season), but the doctor has the final say.

Yes we have got all these already but I'm asking about corona vaccine requirements and all.

UPDATE:  CDC recently announced that COVID vaccine will be required starting Oct 1, 2021 -- https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/panel-physicians/covid-19-technical-instructions.html
