EB3 - Interview appointment in US Embassy in Warsaw

I am waiting for a work visa interview at the embassy in Warsaw. We transferred our case from Moscow to Warsaw as soon as we found out that the embassy in Warsaw reopened after the covid in April 2021.
However, for three months nothing happens, the interview is not scheduled. All documents are collected and the fees are paid. NVC says - we are waiting for Embassy request, Embassy says- we are waiting for your case from NVC.

 

Please, share your experience if you were interviewed in Warsaw this year with work visa, maybe you also faced with long waiting time and managed somehow to influence it?
