Quite possibly.  Sad really, a lot of educated people voted for the foreign policy “expert”, and this is what we get.  Was never a big fan of being in Afghanistan, but I would have thought the establishment leftist running the Executive Branch would have done a better job of withdrawal.  I was wrong.

We never should have been in there to begin with. That's on Bush. We learned nothing from Vietnam. Did we think we could have done what the Ruskies could not in 20 years.

Don’t disagree, but at least in the last 5 years, we have been more of a presence rather than in a war.  We have service members stationed all over the world, not sure why it was so important to leave now.  I know Trump was or appeared to be planning the same thing, but he is not President now, so any possible outcome with him at the helm is a hypothetical academic exercise.  This is all on absent Joe.

Meanwhile, Queen Nancy seems to be a bit out of the mainstream with her statement of support for Old Joe.  Does she really think the Taliban give a ####### about what she or others in the world think.
