hi guys! i have a question. its been bothering me for quite sometime now. you see i just started to work early this year though i make above the poverty guidelines. and that means i dont have ITR yet and would that be a problem? or i should get sponsor for my K1? thanks!!

You could get an I-134 from a sponsor as back-up but you'll probably be ok if you'll simply provide evidence of your current income, like pay stubs and an employer letter. If you just recently graduated from college, show that evidence too. Current income is the most important factor.
