Hello, 

Does anyone know what to if you are a TCN(Third country national) with a Turkish Permanent residents card! 
My husband lives in Iraq but he has a Turkish residents card. I know the US Embassy of Ankara in turkey are only doing limited services for Turkish citizens and nationals! Do I just need to email the embassy with the front/back of the Turkish permits card or does anyone know how the process works ?

I don't have too much knowledge on this...but are you inquiring if he can have his CR1 interview at the Turkish embassy? If so, then yes, because the embassy in Iraq is not processing consular services. I believe you may find resources here:

Filed: 8/14/17 at VSC                                 NOA: 8/15/17 Received 8/21 by mail

Biometrics: Dated: 8/25/17   Received 9/2/17   Appointment 9/11/17 

Approved: 10/23/18 -no interview

Yes I am aware! They sent his case to Turkey. But he does have a Turkish residents permit! On the website it says to just email the front/back of the card. I’m just trying to get some intake on anyone who might have been through this. !
