I-131 filing with I-485

I understand its best to file a I-131 at the same time as filing I-485. I have a couple of questions,

on Part 2, application type, does my wife (I-485 applicant) check 1a, I am a permanent resident or conditional resident... applying for reentry permit?

i don't think she is a conditional resident yet, she's still on B2 visa, so not sure what option fits best

on Part 3, enter expected date of departure. We don't have one, we are just planning ahead in case we need to leave the US before the green card is issued. What do i enter or should I be even filing I-131 at all right now?

Thanks

DEFINITELY FILE THE I-131!!!!!   She will not be a perm resident or conditional resident until the I-485 is approved.  I would choose 1d.   A specific date is not needed.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

It is what she would need in order to be readmitted into the US if she leaves while the AOS is pending.  Current processing times for AP/EAD (combined AP/work permit) = 8-10 months.
