Can a certified copy divorce decree from the court be used at the US embassy if you can't find originals?

In general yes, especially if we are talking about a US divorce certificate.  

 

When my  divorce was final, my decree  was emailed. I was never mailed a paper decree.   I had to go to the county office to get certified paper copies.

Yes but make sure it has a seal . We didn’t have the original we went and got one from the county office abs it had a seal

Thank you so much. This gives me hope. I had my interview and they told me to send in official divorce certificate.  🙃
