Hi to all members. I am filling out the i864 household member  I am currently living in my daughters house. Question should I include their daughters in question number 4? And also i am using her husbands income since I need a co sponsor.

Did you claim your daughter as a dependent on your taxes?  If not, do not count her in your household for the I-864.  Similarly for your grandchildren, if you did not claim them as dependents on your taxes, do not include them in your household count.

Your son-in-law should be your joint sponsor (not co-sponsor).  He should fill out and sign his own I-864 form.  Your daughter and their children should be counted in your son-in-law's household on his I-864.  Since he will not be submitting an I-864A form, do not list his name and do not include in his income on part 6 of your I-864.

You're welcome!  I also saw your other thread on this topic.  I'll move that shortly so that the discussion on your related questions will be in one place.  Anyway...

I suggested that your son-in-law fill out an I-864 on the assumption that his income alone is enough to qualify him as joint sponsor.  If neither you nor him have enough income and you need to combine incomes to meet the minimum requirement, then the only option would be for your son-in-law to fill out an I-864A.  But if his income alone is already above the threshold, an I-864 from him would be better, even if you live at the same address.
