@Wuozopo Thank you!!! My pharmacist gave me the number to the tax consultant she uses.  I will call them Monday.  I hope I can get my taxes amended soon so I can include them with the initial AOS papers.  Or least get the taxes amended before the green card interview :)

@PaulaCJohnny   My husband has major social anxiety so by choice he prefers to stay at home.

Are you aware that he will need a medical exam by an approved panel physician?

@JorgedigI am aware that my spouse will have to have a medical exam via a civil surgeon and have already called one locally to find out their fee and vaccination requirements etc for them to sign the i-693.

@HRQX My husband has not worked at all.   I am the sole supporter of my family.   Because of his social anxiety he says he will never be able to work, not even online.

You said that you are 24 years older then him and you didn’t answer how old was him when he came in 2014 and what’s about his family? @Shadaryia

@PaulaCJohnny   I hate our age difference but it doesn't bother my husband. He has an old soul and I have a young one.  I tried to avoid any romantic relationship with him when we were gaming together but he was persistent.  He was 20 years old when he came to the US.  We video chat with his family often, they are all in London.  They talk of coming here someday.  When we get my husband's status adjusted/green card we want to fly to London and visit them/see his mom.   I look a lot younger than my age and he looks older so when we are out, no one knows I am older lol  :)

@HRQX  I do hope I can  get his ITIN and amend my taxes as soon as possible.   A return would be nice, especially with all the lawyer/AOS filing fees.   Thanks for replying 😃

I really believe you love him a lot. Unfortunately a lot of your past decisions can bring a lot of stress in your AOS journey. You need a good lawyer that can help on this case,  will be really hard IMO because of the lack of proofs. You married in the first visit, he was sick previous to fly back but never tried again?
You can just try to imagine what the person that will receive your case will think about it, and this is why I think a good lawyer can help.
Try to contact more than 1 lawyer and ask about how they can help you. If they just talk about money and not even give you any information try another.

I really wish you the best

@PaulaCJohnny  Thanks for the well wishes!  Really means a lot.  I know we have a rough road ahead of us, which I am dreading.   I am definitely going to get a lawyer to help our case and pray my mate can get his green card and not be deported. He is my soulmate/my world.   I wish I would have everything differently and we have a lot of explaining to do.   I want to file papers concurrently and answer all the questions I can in advance before the green card interview.  We both suffer from anxiety so the interview is gonna be just horrible.   We have an appointment in 10 days to get his WA state ID.  I was able to add him to the electric bill, which has opened the door for him to get an ID.  The ID is what we need to add him to the checking/saving account and I think is also needed to get an ITIN number?  Once we get his ID I am adding him to the car title as well.  I really wish we had a lease together for our residence but where we live everyone requires a SSN  :(    On a good note, we will have matching addresses for our WA ID's  😃    If I can amend my last 3 taxes, it will show immigration he is on those as well.  Regarding taxes though,  Only this last year of  2020 did I make enough finally to be able to sponsor him.   I want to file his papers by the end of September but I wonder if I should wait until I have more proof and file our 2021 taxes together.  I want to do everything right and have things go as smooth as possible.    Thanks again 😃
