I-130 filed overseas and AR11 won't work

Hello!

Wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

We are living in overseas (Japan), and my husband (USC) filed I-130 electronically to the USCIS in late July.

Since we are living overseas, my husband used our physical address of Japan to file I-130.

He called the USCIS to expedite the case, but they told him "We cannot do so as your address is overseas."

So, he tried to change our address to an US address, but AR11 form won't work as it doesn't give us an option.

We cannot type our current oversea address in that form as it is made to change US addresses.

Is there a way to change an oversea address to an US one ?

He as the petitioner can file I-865 to change address (even if no I-864 filed yet). That will update it. I-865 has to be mailed in, not online.
