Bummer, yes my wife's Medical is running out too. They should (but don't) give people a break on this esp with all the Lock downs!

Well my problem was that we also have 2 young children and she needs me to go there and fly back with the 3 of them. We just didn't have enough time to coordinate that. Her visa is now good till Jan next year so we can better plan.

Have her send of that 221g ASAP so you do not shrink your window to leave even more. Remember she will still have to do the CFO and take a covid test prior to leaving.

Our CFO took 2 days from start to finish but others have taken 2 weeks.

So CFO is the actual Visa Right? & as of now the COVID Test (maybe vaccine soon) or is there more to it ?

No, she will receive the visa from the US embassy. Once she has that she needs to register for the CFO and do a phone interview. CFO is by the Philippines and required for any Filipino planning to immigrate.. I just mad a post about 2 weeks ago on the CFO process. As for Covid it's only a est currently but could change.

Did she have a Baptismal Certificate?

or did they make up a document because original wasn't there?

They are only asking for you to provide documents. You do not need to supply everything that they list. We only sent school records and 1 school picture. If you read my first post in this thread I showed the actual cover letter that I sent to the Embassy.

My gut feeling is that the faster you send in the info the better your case looks. Taking a long time gives you time to fabricate things. We sent our response 2 days after the interview. Overthinking this will not help.

My wife got form 137 from high school but unfortunately elementary school doesn't have records. The school was flooded during Typhoon Ondoy & most of records destroyed.

The principle wrote a letter to that effect

she only put last year she went to school.

Any ideas or suggestions ? Or just send this in?

That is fine. The Form 137 from HS should show that it was transferred from her elementary school anyway. Send it in. Did she have any school pics?

Well, I have more problems. When I registered my wife for the Embassy Website I did it by phone the rep entered her email incorrectly.

So I went in & created a new profile with her correct email. Anyway, back in May (5/13/21) I notified the Embassy that there were two

profiles & that the incorrect one should be deleted. Nothing has happened on that, still two profiles. Anyway, I have tried to enter her

information numerous times & get a message when I click save that do I want to merge it with the incorrect email account? I say no & I go

back to the page where I enter the information & I guess it isn't entered?? So, I thought it was fixed but today after she has got Visa approved

the Embassy says no delivery address on file? She sent everything in by 2go?

Any ideas? They sent me a link back to the login of Embassy site where you register but no luck getting address updated to their site
