I sent my I-129F petiton for a K3 Visa to the Chicago service center on 6/23/07 and I have gotten a confirmation that they had signed for it on 6/25. But I have not received my NOA1 as of yet. The california service center is handling my I-130. The Texas Service Center sent my I130 packet to CSC for process. It been two weeks and I haven't heard from the USCIS on process of my I-129F. I wanted to know if anyone has experience this problem dealing with there I-129F processing and could they have sent it to CSC for processing as they did the I-130 packet. If so, what should I do.

It can take anywhere from a week to around a month. I don't understand the whole situation either as I had people get their check cashed right away even if I sent my petition in before them.

I hope so, because so far noone else here that filed in June seems to be still waiting for NOA1...

I have another question because I'am confused, I filed my I-129F to the National Benefit Center (NBC) in Chicago for the K3 and they told me that they process the I-129F there, but when I read some of the people profile I see that the NBC transfer they packet to their center i.e (CSC, VSC, TSC). The question I have is the NBC going to transfer my packet to CSC where my I-130 is filed or will they process there? Aparently the USCIS customer service really don't know. And if how do I find when it got transfered? Thanks!!!
