i 130 transfered to NBC FROM CSC TO SPEED UP PROCESSING

I GOT A MAIL FROM USCIS THROUGH REGULAR MAIL THAT MY I 130 PETITION WAS TRANSFERED FROM NBC TO CSC TO SPEED UP PROCESSING. I FILED MY PETITION ON 1ST OF MAY AND WAS RECEIVED 3RD OF MAY. WAS TOUCHED 06/25,06/29,07/03,07/04. THIS IS WEIRD. ANYONE ELSE HAVE SIMILAR SITUATION.I HAD MY BIOMETRICS DONE 07/03/2007 FOR I 485 AND I 765.

Just the I-130 was transferred? That is weird.

Just the i 130 was transfered. i 765 and i 485 has been in NBC/MSC.Both i 485 and i 765 were mailed to chicago on the 1st of june 2007 .Since the transfer my i 130 has been touched 3 times and i 765 twice , i received RFE on june 29th for w-2 , mailed rfe july 2nd , had biometrics for AOS and EAD on july 3rd. Now am waiting.
