Guys,

I thought my spousal petition was in the Nebraska Service Center, but I'm not sure. How do I know where it is for sure? The I-797 was received from the Texas Service Center, if this helps.

Thank you all for your help....

If your I-797 shows it is at the texas service center then it is most likely there, they move it to another service center by chance depending on work load in the centers to try and equal every center out.

That is what I thought. I was thinking it was at Nebraska, but for the life of me, I can't remember why I thought that. I hope they transfer it to Nebraska, because it is a much shorter time for USCIS processing (4 months shorter!).
