@Myrkie I sent the email in May19

I got an automated email same day to say they received my email. June 23 i received an email saying that my request is under review. June 28 I got an email saying it was approved. June 29 the send it to Haiti.  July 13 I received a letter advising my fiance to fill for the ds160 and get his medical done and drop all the documents to DHL. Yesterday they called him and asked for my recent tax return and for me to fill the I-134 form and drop them to DHL. Now we just waiting to get call for an interview date!

@Sinnabonthank you so much for your detailed info. I appreciate it. I did not realiZe they would call the person directly for that. I thought they would go through you. So good to know.

@Myrkie they usually contact the beneficiary when it comes to the embassy process

Hi. Did you send the request email to USCIS or NVC? 
 

What stage were you in when you requested the expedite?

@gsdc23 I sent it to nvc the email is nvcexpedite@state.gov

My case was at NVC when I sent it

now does he need the covid vaccine before that interview?

@Myrkie No they did not tell him to take it.

im happy for you guys hope it goes fast. it took about a month to get the interview. heads up when sending the document they ask make sure yous I-134 with tax paper, they will not put it on the paper , but will call and ask for it.

Yes, I hope so too. Well, I did the expedited case and they told me they would not process since the embassy was not open ( that was lst week of august). I was hopeless of course and thought we had to wait until 2022 at this point. I was so excited to see they sent a bunch of cases to haiti on 9/14th. 
now we wait for the actual interview process. Thank you for the heads up. I will just send it. 
yeh now the new thing is to be vaccinated if you have an interview after october 1st. I think when you guys got your interview date, this was not official. It is on the embassy website update now.
