Hi. Just preparing for the interview questions. I have had my full name changed a few years ago. My dad named me when I was young and I don't know him so I changed my name when I was old enough. Has anyone had experience with name change questions such as this? What were the questions, how did the interviewer respond etc

So the name on your birth certificate is different from the name on your passport?  If so, did you submit your change of name deed poll?

Yes that would be correct :). First and last name are both different

The consul officer may ask about it at your interview.  But as long as you have your deed poll and disclosed your previous name in your DS-260, it would not be an issue.
