Back in 2013 I filed a K1 visa for my Ukrainian fiancée. It was approved, but I found out she was unfaithful to me and she returned home within a month of arrival to the US.

Ended up becoming close to her best friend over the last 8 years (Met over 4 times in the past 2 years). I submitted my I129F recently and I am recently divorced (within the last month).  Anything I should be prepared for down the road or red flags? We have tons of supporting evidence for proof of relationship. Thank you!

Was the divorce from the 2013 fiancee?

You filed the I-129F with your divorce decree(s), right?

Divorce was from a different woman not the K1. I filed my divorce decree with the I-129F. I was just worried because the divorce was only finalized a month ago.

You won't have to be prepared for anything

YMMV

Based on what you stated you have met the K1 Visa requirements.  Good luck!

USCIS is not the moral police...nobody wants to know if she was a friend to you ex fiancée ...all that matters is that you qualify for K1...last I check USCIS allows you to fall in love and file petitions at least twice before they start asking you questions about it. Good luck

This is not accurate.   From USCIS.gov:

Item Numbers 5.a. - 5.d. Multiple Filer Waiver Request. You must request a waiver of the International Marriage

Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) filing limitations if:

  1. You are filing this petition on behalf of your fiancé(e) and you previously filed Form I-129Fs on behalf of two or more fiancé(e) beneficiaries; or

  2. You are filing this petition on behalf of your fiancé(e), you have previously had a Form I-129F approved, and less than two years have passed since the filing date of your previously approved petition.

This is not OP's situation, but wanted to correct for the sake of others.
