Ooops, sorry, maybe that's why I'm not allowed to edit! My question (to myself) was whether they were transferring all CSC I-129s to VSC. That "Fact Sheet" I referenced says no, they're being handled as is for now.

Per the Fact Sheet, anything received after April 1 will be re-routed, so it might be important for future submitters to note that. Although I'm still a little fuzzy on some of the information in there, so future filers should read the fact sheet carefully.

It really sucks if they start moving them to Vermont. That means people who submitted in April could conceivably get approved before someone who submitted in Jan or Feb.

Well, I'm trying to look at it like this (keep in mind I'm rarely an optimist)...

- It's possible that if they were moved to VSC, they could've gotten accidentally "lost" or "re-shuffled"

- At least the timeframe isn't worse than we thought a week ago.

- Nothing in life is fair. But you deal with what life throws at you and try to make lemons with it (or something like that *grin*)

:(:unsure::(:angry::whistle:

At least there's a bunch of us in the same boat, we can all commiserate.

Okay, well, I'd never promote violence of any sort...But I hear there are lots of lemon trees (very pretty) out there...and it's closer to what I was thinking!

(Of course you know it's only a joke!!! )

Grrr, if they don't update their timeline, my brain is going to explode!

I wish I could edit my prior post, 'cause I just noticed: one more 3/30 approval and two 3/28's have been posted! Yay! (this is why my study is unscientific)

Just wondering - where do you find the approvals as they are posted? I am looking at our email and online access constantly - but I would love to see where you are getting the info!!

Thanks!

Across the top of the site, there is a blue menu--not as dark blue as the one with tabs (home, forums, etc) but darker than the one where it says Logged in as, it starts with Gallery, Downloads, Example Forms, Processing Times (ugggh!), Immigration Timelines.

If you click Immigration Timelines, there is a category that says Visa Display Options, and I generally click "Advanced View" of the K1 display options. From there, I choose California (from the bottom of the page), I add a hundred or so lines so I can see enuf, and then I sort, alternately, by clicking the down arrow on I-129F Sent (to see how many new timelines have been started), and then I-129F NOA2 (to see how many NOA2's have been sent to timeline users).

Somewhere above I gave a direct link to the query I did, but here's another, sorted by NOA2: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list...p7=All&dfile=No

Kudos to the developer of this site, whoever you are you've done a great job! (From one user interface developer to another ;-)

Edit: New & Improved link (I hope), CSC only, for people waiting for NOA2 (or at least an RFE)

I am trying to get through the CSC, too...it seems between the time of March 1-4 (the previous update) and March 20 (the latest update), they STOPPED! The working dates are the SAME! I hope this doesn't imply they will be shipping the papers they have to yet another office! Oh Well. Has anybody seen this sort of thing?

Feb 16, 2006 Sent I-129F

Feb 27, 2006 NOA 1 Notice Date

May 8, 2006 Received NOA 2, Notice date: May 1

May 22, 2006 Received NOA 3, Letter dated May 18! Papers SHOULD be in Bangkok "within a week"!

June 3, 2006 Jat Received Packet 3! But for some reason, they also sent her the I-134. Thanks folks, that's REAL convenient for me!

July 15, 2006 The Young Lady recieved Packet 4! Interview is scheduled for August 15! WOW!!!!

August 15, 2006 Approved! Wow!!! Now on the The Next Step!!!! ;)

September 6, 2006 She's Here!

October 4, 2006 Hitched!
