Nigeria NVC delays? (split)

In November 2020, I sent in my sponsorship documents to NVC for my husband in Nigeria . Within seconds , they were responding, documents approved then, requesting job verification letter, then, you do not meet income requirements.. all in a matter of seconds. Not giving me the opportunity to submit the requested documents before stating I didn't meet income requirements and needed to provide joint sponsor information AT THE INTERVIEW . However , I actually grossed 10,000 dollars more than required. This income included 1 full time job and 1 temp job and my monthly SSDI benefits. With my Job and SSDI benefits alone, I meet income requirements . I went through Rapid Visa and although they agreed I met income requirements  , they also mentioned they only submit documents , they can't do anything else . The next day , I submitted my employment verification letter and resubmitted all of my income for the last 3 years . I received no response. A few days later, I was notified of the shut down . Numerous emails were sent without any responses. In March, I received some information stating NVC did not accept certain types of income including,  Social Security Benefits, although these were acceptable benefits, but it would be left up to the interviewer to decide to accept this income or not . This is crazy that all of my income is acceptable income but can be rejected and is being rejected by NVC because of the type of income . We've  tried finding a sponsor but have not been successful. After learning of them reopening , I emailed them again asking that they accept my SSDI benefits and explained that it wasn't the same as SSI which is a benefit that is stated they will not accept as income . I still received no response . Later, my husband emailed NVC asking about his interview they stated they would schedule and would later take other necessary documents at that time. They responded 2 days later that they needed documents submitted  from the sponsor before scheduling an interview and would NOT schedule an interview without the documents . I'm pretty much lost for words and don't know what else to do. I don't feel it's right for us to have been a part for over 3 years and I have proven my income to be what's required but NVC continues to not allow us to be together . What else can I do ?
