Hi guys, we applied for k1 visa recently , I applied for B1/B2 visa before the pandemic and I  managed to book an interview for the B1/B2 visa on December 2021. In case I attended the interview and got denied... would that affect my k1 visa ? and is it ok for me to say that the purpose of the visit is to see my fiancé and we are already applied for k1 visa?

No impact to your K1 process, as long as you are truthful with your answers in the DS-160 form and at the B visa interview.
